13,000 square meters

A green and open shopping center built with close attention to environmental planning suited to the area’s climate. The mall extends over an area of approximately 17,000 square meters and a length of 250 meters. The buildings have been placed in such a way as to allow the through movement of cooling breezes while blocking troublesome winds.
The project comprises shopping and leisure areas and around 700 parking places to serve visitors to the mall.

Green features:
The construction of the center is based on a number of environmentally friendly features such as a variety of shading methods – covered passageways, pergolas, awnings, and special vegetation, including the planting of deciduous trees that permit natural ventilation and exposure in the cold season to passive heating, cooling of the place is done through evaporative cooling towers, materials are recycled to reduce waste, and cycling is promoted through a combination of cycle parking spaces and showers for employees.
