Project Description
This shopping center is located on the border of the 2nd and 3rd districts, on the intersection of Szépvölgyi and Bécsi Streets. It was built in 1998 and it is Shikun & Binui RED's first development project in Hungary, and one of the first shopping centers built in Budapest at that time.
The Új Udvar Shopping Center represented a brand new style and offered a special experience –the blend of modern retailing facilities and traditional atmosphere. The mix of attractions includes an exciting selection of specialty boutique stores, supermarket, drugstore, café, indoor playground and variety of other services. The Új Udvar Shopping Center has a 12,000 m2 leasable area distributed on three floors, all connected with an escalator and four lifts. For the visitors comfort, there are 456 parking places.
The Shopping Center is comfortably accessible both by public transportation at Kolosy Tér and by car.
