Project Description
This project is situated on the border of Budapest’s XI district and Budaors, on the picturesque Tetenyi plateau.
The project in this area of outstanding features is designed to include 22 six-flat and 1 four-flat buildings. The buildings will almost perfectly merge into their surroundings, making their owners feel they are „in the nature”. The buildings will have special architectural amenities, like a facade made of a unique combination of wood and plaster and huge glass surfaces, which were all designed to emphasize the proximity to nature.
The later phases in this project will include both family houses, and semi-detached houses.
