Shikun & Binui Real Estate Development (RED) has been active in Hungary since 1994, successfully completing over the years three residential projects with more than 350 apartments, an office building and a shopping mall.

The company is currently involved in several projects designated for Residential, logistics, offices and commercial purposes and enjoys a reputable brand name and strong cooperation among local authorities, banks, real-estate agencies, and other consultants active in the real-estate market.

Shikun & Binui RED operates in Hungary via its branch office in Budapest, which employs a complete team of real-estate professionals required to perform all necessary development activities; all actively involved in the development of projects currently in the pipeline.

All projects are exclusively owned and developed by Shikun & Binui RED except for two. The company is partner with Plaza Centers in the Uj Udvar shopping mall (designated for extensive reconstruction) and with AFI Europe in the Club Aliga project where 250,000 m2 of land are designated for a mix use for hotels, commercial, and residential units.
