ADO Properties

ADO Properties, established in 2006, is a young and dynamic portfolio investment company which focuses on the acquisition and management of multi-family residential buildings mainly in Berlin, Germany.

The company currently holds a portfolio of more than 3,000 flats and 400 commercial units in Berlin and a unique 8,570 sqm commercial building in Dresden. With a total leasable area of more than 230,000 sqm (hereafter “ADO Portfolio”), the company aims to increase its asset portfolio substantially over the next few years and thus the value of ADO Properties.

ADO Properties is held by ADO Group Ltd., a public company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) under the symbol ADO.TA

The main shareholder of ADO Group Ltd. is Shikun & Binui Ltd., Israel’s leading infrastructure and real-estate group, a public company listed on the TASE under the symbol SKBN.TA. ADO Properties' strategy is to manage its asset portfolio in-house by a skilled and experienced team, through three wholly owned management companies:

 

W&W Real Estate - Acquisition and Financing

A consulting company focused on the acquisition of real estate properties. With more than 15 years of experience in the Berlin market, it has been ADO Property's exclusive partner in acquisitions since 2006. W&W specializes in locating real-estate properties according to investors' needs and focuses on supplying the following services:

• Site review and technical DD
• Economical analysis and valuations
• Assistance in raising bank financing
• Acquisition closing

CAM (Central Asset Management GmbH)

An asset management company focused on the management of the ADO Portfolio. The company carries out the following main services:

• Asset management
• Marketing services
• Tenant bookkeeping, collection and pursuit of rent arrears
• Controlling and reporting through flexible and efficient reporting tools necessary to meet client requirements

CCM (City Construction Management GmbH)

A construction management company specializing in providing complete and comprehensive construction management services to the ADO Portfolio and focuses on carrying out the following services:

• Site survey and technical due dilligence
• Planning and coordination with local authorities
• Conducting tenders for construction
• Site supervision
• Budget control and payment approvals
