Pre-Cast Concrete Production

The Pre-Cast Concrete Production Unit owns one of Israel's largest and leading plants in the field of pre-cast elements for construction, infrastructure, bridges, public and private building panels.

The plant meets the highest Israeli and International quality standards and produces a full range of civil engineering elements and is located in Haifa Bay.

The Unit's clients include:

• Government Ministries: Defense, Construction and Housing.
• The National Roads Company (the Israel Public Works Department).
• Derech Eretz - the Cross-Israel Highway Construction Joint Venture.
• A wide range of private bodies including Villar International Ltd., U. Dori and many others

Segmental Bridges

This production line manufactures elements for segmental bridges and has produced segments for numerous major projects, including: 

• The Cross-Israel Highway - the Qassem Interchange, Nesharim Interchange, Modi'in Bridge, Har Yona Bridge.
• Bridges 1-9 on the entrance road to Jerusalem

 

Hollow Core Slabs

This production line manufactures pre-cast pre-stressed hollow core slabs primarily used for commercial building, parking lot floors, galleries and for industrial building facades. The line has produced hollow core slabs for a range of projects, including: 

• 50,000 sq m of hollow core slabs for the Zeevi Group's Grand Canyon Mall in Haifa.
• The B.S.R. Towers in Ramat Gan/Bnei Berak.
• The Government Compound Towers in Tel Aviv.
  

Pre-Stressed Concrete Elements and Reinforced Concrete Products

Pre-Stressed Concrete Elements:
This production line manufactures pre-stressed concrete elements for various purposes, including beams for bridges weighing up to 140 tons. The line has manufactured beams and elements for a range of major projects, including: 

• Half of the pre-stressed beams for the Cross-Israel Highway - for the Eyron Interchange and the Ben Shemen Interchange.
• Beams for two of the bridges at Ben Gurion International Airport - Modi'in railway.
• Elements for the Paz Bridge in Haifa.
• Segments for bridges W1, E1 and W9 of the interchange at Rd. 1 and Rd. 9 of the entrance bridge to Jerusalem.
• The B.S.R. Towers in Ramat Gan/Bnei Brak.

 

Reinforced Concrete Products:
In addition, this production line manufactures mobile houses for various purposes, such as offices equipped with washrooms and showers. The line also produces beams, stairs, balconies and pre-cast reinforced concrete elements for various uses, including pipe jacking for sewage and drainage pipelines. Recently, the line has also been manufacturing modular parking lots.

This line has produced reinforced concrete products for numerous major projects, including: 

• Fabrication of concrete elements for drainage piping at the Kibbutz Galuyot Interchange.
• Transportable structures for the Ministry of Defense.
• A modular parking lot for Hadassah Medical Center

 

Retaining Walls (Terra Techno):
This production line manufactures reinforced-earth retaining walls (Terra Techno) in a variety of textures, according to clients' orders. The line's major projects include producing retaining walls for:

• The Cross-Israel Highway
• The Beit Dagan Veterinary Institute 
• The Modi'in Bridge 
• Bridges 1-9 on the entrance road to Jerusalem 
• Ramat Beit Shemesh
