The Concessions Division of Shikun & Binui focuses on and specializes in executing large PPP (Public Private Partnerships) in Israel and overseas.
The combination of Shikun & Binui’s unique capabilities in the organization of large financial packages and implementing large infrastructure projects allows the Group to provide complex services to governmental and other public agencies, while keeping to budgets and schedules.
The Group’s varied experience in financing, building and operating these projects has been utilized in a range of global BOT (Build Operate Transfer) projects, including:

The two completed stages of Route 6 in Israel, an innovative road with advanced electronic toll collection;

The Carmel Tunnels – the first urban toll tunnel project of its kind in Israel;

A desalination plant in Hadera.
