Project Description
The project is situated at the northern edge of Prague, in a residential area on the edge of Čimice Valley Nature Reserve. It is a typical outskirt locality that is easily accessible by public transportation. Full civic amenities exist in the immediate vicinity.
The project is designed to include 58 row houses in an average size of 140m2 per unit – an ideal layout for large families.
