Project Description
The project is situated at the northern edge of Prague, in a residential area on the edge of Čimice Valley Nature Reserve. It is a typical outskirt locality that is easily accessible by public transportation. Full civic amenities exist in the immediate vicinity.
The project is designed to include five 6-8 storey buildings and 35-105m2 apartments. The complex will also include two small commercial units, an underground parking and green public areas.
