Solel Bonehs Story on the Fence of the Tel Aviv Court House Construction Site

The Shikun & Binui Group is proud to present the story of Solel Boneh, which has played a major role in the story of the establishment of the State of Israel since before its inception and until this very day. The story of the Shikun & Binui Solel Boneh Infrastructure (as it is currently named), is presented in pictures and words on the fence of the construction site of the new Tel Aviv Court House, at the corner of Shaul Hamelech Blvd. and Weizman St.
The new Court House is a complicated project which includes 11 double stories, approximately 18,000 sq.m. of courtrooms and offices, a number of underground floors, technical buildings and an arrest wing of approximately 16,500 sq.m., as well as an underground parking lot with 260 spaces.
The project was based on green building principles, with special emphasis on energy and water efficiency, and is the first project to be chosen in Tel Aviv as a pilot for complying with the Green Binder sustainability terms.
Shikun & Binui invites the public to come and enjoy an enriching historic experience.
